3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
  • A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings
  • Final payment is typically due 30 days before departure

3.2 Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques
  • Payment processing fees may apply

3.3 Price Changes

  • Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier price increases
  • Once full payment is received, prices are guaranteed

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing
  • Cancellation fees apply based on timing and supplier policies
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable
  • Travel insurance is recommended to protect against cancellation fees

4.2 Cancellation Timeline

  • More than 60 days before departure: $100 CAD administrative fee
  • 31-60 days before departure: 25% of total trip cost
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost

4.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds are subject to supplier and third-party cancellation policies
  • Processing fees are non-refundable

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

5.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring valid passports with appropriate expiration dates
  • Obtaining necessary visas and permits
  • Meeting health and vaccination requirements
  • Providing accurate personal information for bookings
  • Arriving at departure points on time

5.2 Document Assistance

  • We provide guidance on document requirements
  • Final responsibility for proper documentation rests with the traveler
  • We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation

6. Liability and Limitations

6.1 Service Limitations

  • We act as intermediaries between clients and travel suppliers
  • We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services

6.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather
  • Government actions or travel restrictions
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or civil unrest
  • Terrorism or security threats
  • Pandemic or health emergencies

6.3 Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance
  • Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation
  • We can recommend insurance providers but are not responsible for coverage gaps

7. Client Conduct and Responsibilities

7.1 Acceptable Behavior

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respect local laws, customs, and regulations
  • Treat service providers and fellow travelers with respect
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions

7.2 Prohibited Activities

Clients may not:

  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Disrupt other travelers or services
  • Damage property or facilities
  • Ignore safety warnings or instructions

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, and logos, is our property
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
  • Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners

9. Privacy and Data Protection
